The speaker will be talking about the change of hierarchies and the idea of a socially acceptable and responsible management leadership. How can current systems, enterprises and organizations be transferred into an equal, sustainable and social employment (relation)? The focus will be on a living systems perspective on organization (or ‘organic forms of organizing’). How this perspective can form our understanding of work and how organizations can move there will be discussed. Moreover, they will speak about strategic planning for sustainability and some very applicable tools. The discussions will be very interactive and leave much room to bring in own ideas and perspectives.
